ROCKETS Grades 5 & 6
The "Rockets" program is a specially designed experience for children in grades 5-6, bridging the gap between our STARS and Youth Compass programs. Offering a blend of engaging activities such as swimming, cooking, and recreational sports, this program keeps children active and entertained. Asset Building
Research by the Search Institute has identified 40 “Developmental Assets”, which have a tremendous influence on young people’s lives. Mastering these assets helps children and youth make wise decisions, choose positive paths, and develop into competent, caring, and responsible adults. We follow a weekly schedule based on Asset Building themes.
